React Job: Product Manager

Key Job Accountabilities and Essential Skills

• Working closely and collaboratively with the CxO, Business Heads and Function Leaders to drive various projects for Digital Transformation, Innovative Products and Process Automation across Cheers Interactive and its subsidiaries.

• Own the product road-map with complete responsibility of planning and executing projects for Internal Departments and Business Teams. Lead stakeholder engagements for managing and prioritizing product backlog. Ensure seamless user experience / user journey across various systems by integrating end-to-end technology products

• Engineer a robust and scalable tech stack that will power the projects for Digital Transformation, Innovative Products and Process Automation. Research and recommend new emerging technology products that aligns to business goals and revenue objectives.

• Own and manage the entire product development lifecycle from product inception to product service. Translating strategies to tasks for development teams. To understand project requirements from stakeholders and to lead a software development team to fulfil the business requirements.

• Ensure project deliverables are planned as per resource constrains and the projects are delivered on-time through continual improvement. Own the quality of the projects to ensure that the project are delivered with best quality and with minimal bugs.

• Build and Manage company website and keep improving the website for SEO, speed optimization, responsiveness etc. Act as consultant to Marketing / CMO Team in proposing best User Experience for B2B website and user journeys

• Continually test and track user journeys and propositions to ensure they are driving the correct behaviour, and delivering optimal UX results by blending web analytics, customer insight and UX/UI best practices

• Monitor data quality within products and projects and recommend / action correction plan to ensure transparency and accuracy of data in the organization

• Identify and sundown outdated or unused technology products / services.
• Consolidate existing products/services to reduce cost of operation and increase systems efficiency

• Perform data privacy and InfoSec compliance reviews for all users touchpoints like products, applications, APIs, email campaign, website etc.

• Setup and Monitor the performance and other SLAs of products and applications. Report on periodic bases the performance SLA's and build mitigation plan for DR and BCP

• Oversee training of products and application for user adoption. Lead user acceptance testing while correcting any issues that arise

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external development and support teams (infrastructure, operations, client services, etc.)

Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements

• Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent experience.

• Deep passion for working on mission-driven Tech Stack and Products that is designed to solve business and market challenges.

• Overall 10-15 years of experience in software development / product development working on complex SaaS / PaaS products or developing web-based enterprise grade softwares. Experience in executing projects related to Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, Customer Experience Platforms and Building / Reengineering Tech Stacks. Exposure to MarTech related projects will be added advantage

• Must have 5 years of experience in leading software development team and building products using NodeJS, ReactJS, HTML5/CSS3, PHP, NoSQL, MySQL using micro-service architecture. Manage website development using WordPress, Drupal etc. Running performance tuning and optimization of code and databases

• Must have strong hands-on experience in (1) Code versioning tools, such as Git , SVN , Team Foundation etc. (2) container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. (3) CI/CD tools like Jenkins , Bamboo , CircleCI etc. (4) Unit testing tools like Mocha / Jest / Selenium (5) Static code analysis tools like SonarQube , DeepScan etc

• Must have strong experience of software development life-cycle and best practices using Agile / SCRUM and using ALM tools like Tuleap , JIRA , CodeBeamer etc. Chairing agile development sprints and planning meetings with teams and stakeholders.

• Must have some experience in working on tools/products related to email marketing campaigns, lead generation and lead nurturing, visitor tracking and analysis, website management and optimization etc. Exposure to in digital marketing tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe CX, Oracle Eloqua, Mautic will be an advantage.

• Must have ability to provide a long term technical and functional product direction through research, client interactions, and emerging technology knowledge, with use of roadmaps and strategy documents.

• Strong analytical mindset and metric driven with strong technical background

• Ability to work in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment. Comfort in ambiguity, but strive to create clarity for others. Experience in start-ups a big plus

• Must have ability to self manage , plan and execute tasks with minimum supervision

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

• Excellent team work and Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate and facilitate technical, business and analytical discussions across all disciplines

• Organized, detail-oriented person, with good time management skills and must be able to work with all levels of management in an effective, proactive manner

• Ability to provide a long term technical and functional product direction through research, client interactions, and emerging technology knowledge, with use of roadmaps and strategy documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
